    Peanuts are one of the all-time favourite snacks of winter. While the winter arrives the market is flooded with loads of peanuts which is irresistible in chilly winters. You can consume it in any form which is either raw or boiled or roasted and it has just amazing taste. It is the best pastime to crack the shells of the peanuts and pop the nuts into the mouth. They are delicious, nutty, and crunchy which is a fantastic snack. It is used in various cuisines, especially in Indian cuisines. Since it is a quite common snack in winters, which will be full of many health benefits. 

    A perfect snack for winter s which you can add to your daily diet. Hot roasted peanuts can easily enjoy with your friends and family during the gala time. It is best paired with jaggery or some green chutney which will make the nut more delicious than ever. A handful of peanuts contains multiple nutrients with many health benefits. They are also loaded with proteins, healthy fats, rich in micro and macronutrients and prevent several diseases. Even many people have a belief that peanuts do not only have nutritional value but are true like almonds, walnuts, or cashews.
