You can add boiled potato or sweet potato to add carbohydrates in your salad.
If you want a sweet salad then add fruits and dry fruits of your choice. In fruits, you can add apple, pomegranate, or cucumber.
You can also boost the nutritive value of this salad by adding roasted peanuts or seeds like chia, sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin.
Sprouts Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- Sprouted moong beans 1 cup
- Sprouted black beans 1 cup
- Tomato 1
- Green chili 1
- Onion 1
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Black salt as taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl take sprouted moong and black beans.
- Add finely chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.
- Then add chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Lastly, season it with salt.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
