    Junk food is a food that describes unhealthy food which consists of low in nutrients and high in calories, saturated fat, added sugar, and oily food. Junk food is a global food of the 21st century as it is available in grocery shops, fast food restaurants, on television usually it is looking very appealing and is loaded with unhealthy ingredients which are like by millennials.

    It is a food that consists of very few nutrients your body needs, and a lot of fat, sugar, and salt which your body gets from potato chips, candy, deep-fried snacks, cheese dishes, bread, and soft drinks often considered junk food. It is very poor nutrients and heart-related problems, high blood pressure, and other health ailments.

    Junk food is low in satiation value as people don’t feel full after eating which leads them to overeat. These food change the trend and replace home-cooked food or nutritious food. Mostly junk food fall in the category of snack food or fast food.

    Junk food is very harmful that is affecting the health of the present generation. It tastes so good that people consume it on daily basis but it appeals to much that we can not stop ourselves from craving and then we tend to eat this food. It is the easiest way to gain unhealthy weight. The amount of fats and sugar in the food makes you gain weight rapidly. It is more of fats and cholesterol which will harm your health. It is the main reason for obesity.

    This food craves because it looks and tastes good which appeals more. It contains a higher level of carbohydrates and instantly spikes your blood sugar level. It will make you lethargy, inactiveness, and sleepiness. This food clogs your arteries and increases the risk of a heart attack.

    These junk food fascinate you by their attractive appearances with an unforgettable taste. These aerated drinks, juicy burgers, cheese dripping pizzas, crispy chips, fried foods, and sugar-coated desserts. As we like the variety of food and want to try some new experience with fusion which stimulates the sensory buds.

    Sugary Drinks

    Sugary drinks have a lot of calorie and most fattening aspects which leads to diabetes and heart disease you can replace them with soda water, coffee, or tea.

    Pizzas

    Pizza is one of the world popular junk food which has most of the unhealthy ingredients which consist of refined flour, processed meat which tends to have extremely high in calories. You can go for healthy homemade pizza or choose wholesome ingredients.

    Sugary Desserts

    It has pastries, cookies, and cakes which are made with refined sugar, refined flour, and added fats like cream and chocolates. It is a treat for everyone and people love it no occasion is celebrated without cakes but it does not consist of any essential nutrients, with a lot of calories and many preservatives.

    Fried Food

    Fried food is the unhealthiest cooking method. It has high calories with several types of unhealthy chemical compounds when it is cooked under high heat. Avoid eating fried food you can boil, stewing, blanching and steaming.

    White Bread

    These bread are made from refined flour, a yeast which has a lot of calories and unhealthy item which people choose for their breakfast or snacks which has low fiber and spikes blood sugar level. Avoid eating white bread try to eat homemade chapatis.

    The main problem with junk food that people can’t ignore junk food and when they realize it is too late and it has ill effects. You can avoid junk food by eating more vegetables or home-cooked food and develop the taste according to your taste buds and try some healthy recipes.

    You can try some fusion recipes and try to make healthy food or replacement of junk food with some healthier options. Try to make some new options every day so you can not get bore with the same things. Incorporate different types of healthy food in their diet following different recipes. If you crave junk food so try to eat in a limited quantity.
