Which Mango Is Best For Milkshake?

Mangoes are available in different varieties – Banganapalli, Alphonso, Himampasand, Senthuram, Nadu Salai, Neelam and lot more. Mango Milkshake can be made from all the varieties of Mangoes – however, Alphonso is the recommended variety for milkshake as it is tasty, juicy and has appetizing dark orangish yellow color. If you prefer light colored shakes with mild sweetness, you can go with Banganapalli. I have tried with most of the above listed varieties of mango and I found Alphonso to be the better of the lot for milkshake.
